Salary: $47.00 to $55.00 hourly (to be negotiated)

Languages: English Education: College/CEGEP Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years Work setting: Relocation costs covered by employer. Private clinic. Willing to relocate Tasks: Explain procedures. Operate radiation therapy equipment. Perform scheduled maintenance and minor repairs on equipment. Wear radiation detection equipment to acquire data for use by nuclear medicine physicians in the diagnosis of disease. Record and process results of procedures. Explain procedures and side effects of radiation. Perform basic verification and quality control checks on radiographic and film processing equipment. Record and process patient data. Provide appropriate care and monitoring of the patient during the examination Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Certification of the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists. Certification by a provincial or territorial association Security and safety: Immunization records. Criminal record check. Child Abuse Registry check.
