Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Lead Domestic Cleaner who not only delivers exceptional cleaning results but also supervises and supports a team of cleaners. This is a hands-on role where you will lead by example, ensuring all work meets high-quality standards while coordinating and guiding other staff. Responsibilities: Perform detailed residential cleaning to a high standard. Supervise, train, and support a team of domestic cleaners. Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently. Inspect completed work and maintain strict quality control. Ensure all team members follow cleaning procedures and safety standards. Manage cleaning supplies and equipment. Communicate with clients and ensure their expectations are met.
