Battlefords Residential Services Inc. (BRSI) is a non-profit organization providing residential, supported living and community-based services to adults with intellectual and physical disabilities. BRSI is seeking an experienced disability services professional to join our management team as a full-time Program Coordinator. The Program Coordinator provides leadership and oversight to ensure high-quality, person-centred services. The position works closely with managers and frontline staff and is responsible for client programming, staff supervision and coaching, behaviour support and service quality.
