Languages: French Education: College/CEGEP Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Work setting: Legal firm Tasks: Assemble documentary evidence in preparation for trial. Perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing systems. Assist lawyers in preparation for mediation and judicial dispute resolutions. Record court commencement, trial proceedings and judgements. Collect and record administrative and service fees. Draft legal correspondence. Oversee maintenance of judicial court records Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence.
