3 days per week / 10a.m. - 1p.m. weekdays / supporting 1 client DUTIES: The Job Coach provides supports in the community to individuals with an intellectual disability to assist them in employment and volunteer opportunities. Responsibilities will include:. Systematically analyzing job tasks and work environments to plan appropriate training. supervision and support services for clients.. Providing on-site training to teach clients job skills and employer expectations. while integrating naturally into the work site environment.. Providing advocacy and support services to address clients' individual service needs.. Providing regular contact to support networks including family/caregivers. family service worker. residential care providers and employers.. Completing updates and reports to Supervisors regarding progress and/or needs of the clients..
