Job Overview: We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Farm Hands to join our Christmas tree farm. The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn various tasks associated with our farm operations. This role requires physical stamina, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to operate farm machinery and other equipment. No education required, we can train on the job. Responsibilities: Planting and maintaining seedlings, screening and manufacturing soil for greenhouse, pull seedlings for transplant.. Assist in planting, fertilizing, spacing, shearing, flagging and cutting trees for harvest.. Cutting and tying boughs and wreaths.. Culling of problematic trees.. Dragging, loading and hauling trees with tractor to tree yard.. Help to grade and process trees (including shaking, baling, organizing and loading)..
