Salary: $60,000.00- $80,000.00 per year

Duties *Lead and manage daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the business.*Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity and profitability.*Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and employee engagement.*Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.*Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and community partners.*Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and career growth.*Keep track of inventory, order and shipment Billing and invoices Experience *5+ years of experience as an automotive technician (management experience an asset)*Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills*Proven experience in a managerial role within the industry is preferred.*Strong understanding of business operations*Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.*Exceptional communication and
