RESPONSIBILITIES Ideal candidate will be responsible for Pioneer Co-ops strategic direction and leadership of the overall operations including logistics, selected grocery, liquor and pharmacy locations. This position will develop and implement a progressive long term focus plan including strategic direction in departmental profitability, a concrete sales process and support for the collaboration between departments. As part of the Senior Leadership Team, this position will look after the best interests of the overall retail needs while leading their teams to achieve above standard in the areas of team culture, safety, profitability and overall exemplary customer service.
