Susan Ulmer Addiction Services is seeking a compassionate and dependable Child Care Worker to support children and families participating in residential addiction treatment. This role provides safe, nurturing, age-appropriate care to infants, toddlers, and children while their parents participate in treatment programming. Responsibilities:* Provide safe, attentive, and developmentally appropriate care.* Supervise children during play, meals, rest periods, and activities.* Support emotional and behavioural needs using trauma-informed and culturally respectful approaches.* Assist with activities that support learning, creativity, and social development.* Maintain attendance records, incident reports, and required documentation.* Follow safety procedures, confidentiality requirements, and professional boundaries.
