We are seeking a Senior Consultant with a passion for the beauty industry and a strong background in Aesthetic Services and strong customer service. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert advice to our clients. Responsibilities: Provide expert advice on beauty services and products. Conduct in-depth consultations and recommend customized treatment plans. Educate clients on non-invasive laser treatments and wellness treatments. Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments and answering phone calls. Build strong, trusting relationships with clients. Educate clients on services, treatment options, and expected outcomes. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets. Follow up with leads and maintain an organized client pipeline. Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless client experience. Maintain detailed and accurate client records Qualifications: Proven sales experience (aesthetic/medical industry pr
