Bridge Construction Foreman/woman

Salary: $30.00 to $40.00 hourly

Overview: We are looking for a Bridge Construction Foreman to coordinate and supervise our team of crew members. The Foreman will be responsible for training new workers and will work closely with management and sub-contractors to coordinate work. They will also create and maintain construction schedules; manage staff; ensure construction equipment is properly maintained; and keep projects on schedule. The candidate should be extremely organized with excellent time management, leadership, communication, and project management skills. Work Setting: Various locations across PEI. Commercial construction. Marine works. Roads and bridges Tasks: Recommend measures to improve productivity. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Co-ordinate and schedule activities.
