Help Build a New Beginning: Resicare Society of Calgary is seeking a compassionate, dedicated female Community Support Practitioner to join a brand-new individualized support plan for a young woman embarking on an exciting new chapter of her life. This unique opportunity begins by providing support in her family home as she prepares for greater independence. The support worker will then transition with her into her own apartment with round-the-clock support, where they will provide consistent, person-centered support as she establishes her new home and lifestyle. Available positions: Full-Time, Part-Time/6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm / Fri-Sun.
