Position Overview: The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of construction projects from pre-construction through close-out. This role ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with ALR Builds? quality standards.. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of coordination between clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams, with overall responsibility for project cost, schedule, quality, documentation, and communication. Responsibilities: Review architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings for completeness, constructability, coordination, and potential project
