Salary: $110,000.00 to $138,000.00 annually

Job Description: Provides client?centered comprehensive primary and episodic health care, as outlined and appropriate within the Extended Class scope of practice. Facilitates discussions with clients to determine existing and potential health concerns with a focus on related lifestyle, psychological and environmental risk factors and assessments, to stabilize and improve client's health status. Provides advanced nursing care and treatment; monitors ongoing therapy of patients; implements strategies to promote independent and healthy lifestyles. Works within established care pathways, medical directives, guidelines and protocols. Orders appropriate investigations and interprets results of screening and diagnostic laboratory tests; determines need for diagnostic imaging, and orders and interprets reports. Consults with Traditional Healers when indicated and is willing to learn about Traditional approaches to health and wellbeing. Works independently and collaboratively with members of th
