About Us: The Mount Dennis Weston Health Centre is a busy family practice providing primary health care to our culturally and socioeconomically diverse community in the north west of Toronto. Our 11 physicians are affiliated with the Humber River Family Health Team which, under separate management, provides team-based care to our patients through nurse practitioners, registered nurses, social workers, dieticians, chiropodists, and a pharmacist.. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable part-time Medical Office Assistant to support our physicians, staff, and patients in a fast-paced clinical environment. Responsibilities: Be the first point of contact for patients and other callers to the clinic, answering phones in an efficient, professional, and timely manner during busy morning hours.. Review voicemails or other urgent messages to ensure patient communication and response is timely.. Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using the OSCAR Pro EMR system.. Respond
