Job Overview: We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with 5 to 7 years of experience and strong expertise in *Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM)*. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience translating business requirements into product-driven system specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs. Key Responsibilities: Translate business requirements into detailed system specifications, BDD user stories, acceptance criteria, and UML diagrams.. Partner with business, product, architecture, and development teams to drive requirements and solution design.. Lead and participate in user story grooming and mapping sessions.. Contribute to Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives and solution design activities.. Support domain-driven and event-driven solution development.. Analyze and document database entities, relationships, constraints, partitions, and data requirements.. Participate in designing resilient, scalabl
