Job Summary: We are seeking a 3rd Barber who is talented and passionate to join our team. The ideal candidate is skilled, consistent, responsible, and cares for the customer. Responsibilities: *5+ years* of *barbering work* experience. Clean *skin fades + all fade styles*. Sharp *lineups* and detail work. Strong *beard shaping + beard lineups*. Comfortable doing *straight-razor shaves*. Very confident with *scissor work* (blending, longer styles, texture). Great *customer service* and communication. *Responsible, trustworthy, and well-presented*. Strong skills in hair styling techniques, including *colouring*. Knowledge of sanitation practices and maintaining a safe environment for clients and staff. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule. On-site parking.
