Mill Valley Child Care Centre is hiring a RECE to work a split shift in a before and after school program. The hours are 11:45-1:45 & 3:00-6:00. Full time availability possible on PA days, March Break, Winter Break and Summer holidays. _*You must be registered with the College of ECE*_ JOB DESCRIPTION: Facilitate and guide children's development and learning through small and large group and individual centered activities following the approved curriculum. Continually assess the well being of the children in the program. Guide children's behaviour in a positive manner and at a level that is appropriate to their actions and their ages in order to promote self discipline, ensure health and safety and respect the right of others. Ensure that all facilities, supplies and equipment are kept clean, safe and free of hazards. Set up and put away all equipment used during the course of the program, keeping everything tidy.
