Relocation costs not covered by employer. Willing to relocate. Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre Tasks: Plan, develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures. Oversee the evaluation of the cost and quality of goods or services. Authorize the development of specifications for products or services. Review and process claims against suppliers. Oversee the preparation of reports. Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems. Food safety/handling skills. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel. MS Office. MS Outlook. MS Word. SAP (FI/CO / HR / MM / OT SD) Cuisine specialties: African cuisine Transportation/travel information: Willing to travel Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment
