CHILD AND YOUTH CARE WORKER: We are actively recruiting skilled individuals to join our team. We require candidates who can commit to part-time hours initially, with the potential to transition too full-time. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with high-energy male/females and be available for either 8 or 12-hour shifts, particularly during afternoons and graveyard hours. Patience and the ability to engage with youth facing mental health and behavioral challenges are essential. Weekend and holiday coverage will also be required. Qualifications and Conditions: A relevant College Diploma or University Degree.. Minimum of 1 year of experience in child & youth care, or a blend of relevant education and experience working with street-involved youth..
