_*Retail Meat Cutter *_. We are looking for an ideal candidate for a Retail Meat Cutting position in our store. We are an independent business that has been catering to Hamilton and the surrounding area for 60 years. We are a full service grocery store and professional meat market/butcher shop. Responsibilities: · Working with carcass quarters, hinds, fronts. · Bone, cut, trim and prepare standards cuts of meat. · Setting up counter displays and working directly with customers. · Cutting to customer specifications Essential Abilities: · Knife skills. · Ability to lift 50+ lbs. · Ability to use a saws and grinders. · Knowledge of standard meat cuts. · Safe work procedures knowledge. · Customer service skills. Schedule / Required Availability: · Full time, open flexible availability Monday through Saturday.
