Salary: $50.00 to $55.00 hourly

We are looking for an experienced Dental Hygienist with a minimum of 5 years? clinical experience to join our Independent Dental Hygiene practice.. This opening is available because we are replacing a long-term hygienist who recently moved. We have very low staff turnover and are proud to have a team of highly experienced clinicians and support staff who have been with us for years. People tend to stay which speaks volumes.. We are looking for someone who is confident, proactive, clinically sharp and comfortable running their operatory like they own it - organized and prepared with effective time management.. You should be comfortable recognizing oral health concerns including decay, periodontal issues, oral lesions and nutritional or lifestyle factors that may be contributing to what you are seeing clinically.. In other words, we want someone who looks at a patient and asks ?Why is this happening?? rather than simply ?Where's the calculus??. We value hygienists who think beyond the ob
