City of Kelowna Recreation Technicians Part-time Position The Active Living & Culture division provides over 4,000 programs and services that support the health, fitness, and leisure pursuits of residents of Kelowna.We are currently seeking a Part-time Recreation Technician to assist in the development and delivery of various activities such as group childcare, sporting leagues and tournaments, multi-age recreation programming, events, volunteer management, cultural service support, community development and recreation centre facility operations. This is an active, community-focused role where your creativity and experience using publishing software is an asset for creating brochures and advertising our programs. Excellent customer service skills, the ability to problem-solve, and the flexibility to work varied shifts are essential in assisting customers of all ages. Qualifications Related one-year post-secondary Certificate Teamwork Flexibility Communications Computer Literacy BC
