Property ManagerAbout the Role: BCL Properties is a commercial / industrial property management company managing a real estate portfolio for over 300 tenants. We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.. Based out of our *Toronto office*, the Property Manager will oversee an assigned portfolio of commercial properties and work closely with tenants, vendors, contractors, and the BCL team to ensure properties are well maintained and operating smoothly.. The portfolio includes properties in both *Toronto and London, Ontario*, and the successful candidate must be comfortable travelling between properties as required.
