MD Excavation is growing, and we're looking for an experienced AZ Driver & Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team.: We're a small, hands-on excavation company where every day is different. We're looking for someone who is experienced, dependable, flexible, and ready to grow with us. Minimum 5 years of heavy equipment operating experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as an AZ-licensed driver: Must be comfortable operating a variety of excavation equipment, including:. Excavators. Bulldozers. Loaders. Skid steers. Other equipment and vehicles across our fleet. Comfortable hauling and transporting heavy equipment. Flexible and willing to take on different responsibilities as needed. Able to work independently and as part of a small team. Safety-conscious, dependable, and responsible with equipment.
