Purpose of the position: Reporting to the Center of Excellence Director, the incumbent is responsible for planning production and ensuring it complies with the company's just-in-time (JIT) production standards. Responsibilities: · Plan workload by department and maintain a short-, medium-, and long-term planning outlook;. · Update and adjust the master production and manufacturing schedule according to customer requirements, machine breakdowns, inefficiencies, and/or inventory discrepancies;. · Convert newly created job suggestions into active jobs, print job packages, and coordinate their release;. · Identify priority jobs in the system and ensure deadlines are met;. · Allocate materials and components to released jobs;. · Verify raw materials, hardware, and required components for part manufacturing;. · Prepare, plan, and maintain work instructions, including production specifications and assembly manuals required for manufacturing parts and assemblies;. · Conduct daily production fo
