Nursery Labourer

Languages: English Education: No degree, certificate or diploma Experience: Experience an asset Work site environment: Outdoors. Wet/damp. Hot Tasks: Budding trees. Clean the crops. Clear and collect brush and debris from fields and other work areas. Cut agricultural seed according to farm standards. Cut horticultural crops. Deleaf agricultural crops to accelerate ripening. Remove manually all suckers and water sprouts. Tie and secure plants. Weeding. Assist in pruning trees, shrubs and plants. Mix and prepare soils. Plant bulbs and seeds. Pot and re-pot plants. Transplant seedlings or rooted cuttings. Assist in grafting activities. Dig up wrapping rootballs of trees and shrubs. Clean work area Transportation/travel information: Own vehicle Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Repetitive tasks. Physically demanding. Bending, crouching, kneeling.
