Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years Work setting: Commercial building Tasks: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs. Supervise other workers. Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies. Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair. Assist skilled tradespersons Security and safety: Criminal record check Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Repetitive tasks. Handling heavy loads. Physically demanding.
