Languages: English Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Tasks: Assign projects to subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labour relations and employee relations. Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization’s goals. Direct and control daily operations. Plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources policies and programs. Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs. Oversee the analysis of employee data and information.
