Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping who can efficiently manage financial records and ensure accuracy across various accounting functions. The Bookkeeper will support our financial operations by maintaining accurate records, reconciling accounts, and assisting with budgeting processes. The position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work remotely or on-site, depending on the candidate's preference. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections. Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to verify financial data accuracy. Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities in financial reports. Assist with payroll processing
