Reporting to the Controller, the Full Cycle Bookkeeper records and maintains the financial transactions to support Reotech Construction's financial reporting requirements. The position is suitable for a bookkeeper wanting to advance within a stable organization. Job Responsibilities: · Positively and professionally represent Reotech Construction and communicate effectively with the owners, customers, trades, and members of our team. · Responsible for full cycle accounting activities:. Record all financial transactions i.e. accounts payable, accounts receivable and various month end journal entries. Enter customer invoices and cash receipts into the accounting database. · Assist with compliance activities:. Coordinate and issue Certificates of Insurance and WSBC Clearance Letters. Obtain COC insurance coverage for various projects in accordance with company policy.
