We are currently seeking looking to hire a Sous-Chef to help lead our kitchen.. This position works evenings Tuesday to Saturdays with shifts typically ending between 10-11pm.. The Sous-Chef is responsible for. Participating in and supervising food service operations. Working closely with Executive Chef and Senior Sous Chef to support menu development to satisfy guest needs and meet market demands. Supporting staff hiring, training schedules and continued development. Supporting in ordering and following food cost budgets. Executing and planning for private functions and events.
