Responsibilities include: Preparing and cooking menu items to a high standard. Food preparation, portioning, and maintaining kitchen organization. Monitoring inventory and maintaining appropriate stock levels. Placing and receiving food orders. Maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards. Working closely and communicating effectively with servers and front-of-house staff. Contributing ideas to improve and expand our menu The ideal candidate: Has professional cooking experience and strong knowledge of Indian cuisine.
