Analyze and record instrument readings and equipment malfunction. Clean and lubricate machinery and equipment. Maintain daily log of operation, maintenance and safety activities. Monitor and inspect plant equipment and systems to detect equipment malfunctioning and to ensure plant systems are operating normally.
