Retail Store Supervisor

Salary: $21.00 to $21.50 hourly (to be negotiated)

Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Work setting: Retail service establishment. Rural area. Remote location. Retail business. Wholesale establishment/store. Willing to relocate Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties. Hire and train or arrange for training of staff. Order merchandise. Authorize return of merchandise. Establish work schedules. Sell merchandise. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Organize and maintain inventory. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers. Manage cash. Store items in warehouse, tool room or supply area. Maintain inventory of stored material. Maintain inventory of supplies. Perform same duties as workers supervised. Maintain sales records for inventory control Security and safety: Basic security clearance. Criminal record check Transportation/trav
