Poultry Farm Worker

Chicken farming. Layer poultry farming. Outdoors. Dusty. Odours. Poultry and egg production Work setting: Rural area. Various locations Tasks: Disinfect pens, barns or poultry houses. Handling animals. Monitoring animal health. Feed and tend animals. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock and poultry. Write daily basic progress reports. Set and monitor water lines, air flow and temperature in barns, pens and chicken coops Equipment and machinery experience: Egg gathering system.
