Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Arrange for maintenance and repair work. Work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories and databases. Perform data entry. Keep track of shipments. Follow-up on issues with work orders. Prepare and track work orders. Keep logs and maintain records. Read blueprints, written specifications and production drawings. Track and complete work orders. Revise type and quantity of materials required sent for production, construction and other projects. Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization. Organize tasks to accomplish the work. Develop specific plans to prioritize. Compile orders and instructions received from customers.
