Salary: $16.50 hourly

Monday to Sunday (3 x 8-hour shifts per week). Availability required for weekends (9:30 am?5:30 pm) and weekday closing shifts (11 am?7 pm or 12 pm?8 pm).. Your Opportunity: As a Medical Office Assistant, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for managing and maintaining positive, multi-faceted relationships with patients and medical clinics throughout Alberta. Job Duties: Greeting all patients, and ensuring 'excellent customer service is maintained. Answering phones and contacting patients. -Checking patients into Healthquest,. -Checking AHC numbers to ensure the number is valid. Booking patients into the EMR system. Creating and maintaining up-to-date patient charts. Working closely with multiple medical specialists within our prac
