Salary: 90,000-115,000 commensurate with experience and CP

The Regina Community Clinic is a non-profit, charitable organization serving approximately 10,000 patients in Regina. We need a Financial Manager to oversee and manage all RCC financial and internal controls and reporting frameworks. This position is responsible for leading the Finance Department and managing the day-to-day financial operations, including payroll (Payworks), financial statements, investment management, financial policies and procedures and tax requirements. Working with the Executive Director and the Audit and Finance Committee, this position helps shape the financial sustainability of the organization. In addition, this position is also responsible for the IT operations of the organization in partnership with a third party provider and internal resources. Having a CPA designation is preferred.
