Cooking and related culinary arts, general Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Work setting: Restaurant Tasks: Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization. Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods. Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances. Clean kitchen and work areas. Prepare meals. Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation. Food safety/handling skills.
