Salary: $47,000.00 to $60,000.00 annually

Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist Senior Paralegals in preparing legal documents, conducting research, and maintaining case files. The Paralegal will also handle a select amount of assigned files with the supervision of a Senior Paralegal or Lawyer. Accident benefit claims experience (SABS) is a huge advantage. Responsibilities: Conduct legal research using tools such as In-Health. Assist in drafting legal documents and correspondence. Maintain and organize physical and electronic case files. Provide administrative support to Senior Paralegals including clerical tasks. Handle phone calls and communicate with clients professionally. Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness. Assist in project management and coordination of case-related tasks.
