NUNATSIAVUT HOUSING COMMISSION MAINTENANCE MANAGER: The Opportunity: Reporting to the Director of Housing, the Maintenance Manager provides leadership and operational oversight for maintenance, repair, renovation and preventive maintenance activities across residential properties managed by the Nunatsiavut Housing Commission (NHC). The position manages maintenance staff and contractors, supports housing repair projects from planning through completion, and helps ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, within budget and in accordance with applicable building codes, standards and NHC requirements..
