Job description Position Summary: The Donation room staff (Phlebotomist) is responsible for performing the plasmapheresis and ensuring that donor safety and care are maximized. Position Objective: To collect in a timely manner a product that is of the highest quality while providing a welcoming environment where our valued donors can safely and comfortably donate plasma. Responsibilities and Duties: 1. Maintain thorough knowledge and adhere to all Grifols.. 2. — established policies and standard operating procedures, good manufacturing practices, applicable Provincial and Federal regulations.. 3. Ensure donor confidentiality.. 4. Performing equipment daily calibrations, quality control, maintenance, cleaning, request for repair and maintain accurate documentation.. 5.
