Contact and take calls from clients with a mortgage contract that is nearing expiry.? Examine existing mortgage loan files and assess clients? renewal needs.? Provide personalized advice on mortgage renewal options, including interest rates, terms and conditions.? Negotiate and demonstrate the competitive advantages of the loans, insurance coverage and financial services that meet clients? needs.? Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.
