We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Student-at-Law (Articling Student) to join our legal team. Responsibilities: Performing legal work and gaining practical legal experience under the supervision and direction of the Principal.. Assisting the lawyers with legal research, drafting, reviewing, and preparation of legal documents.. Meeting with and interviewing clients.. Assisting with the preparation and management of client files, correspondence, pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.. Performing such other duties and responsibilities as may reasonably be assigned by the Principal from time to time in connection with the Student-at-Law's articles and professional development. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from an accredited law school.. Admitted to the practice of law with the Law Society of Alberta.. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.. Proficient with Microsoft Off
