Definition of work: This is an advanced professional level position involving a high degree ofresponsibility, autonomy and independence in identifying and providingspecialized assessment, individual service planning and critical interventionservices for children and youth for Supportive Services for Children and Youth(SSCY) and Autism Services. Within policy parameters, the Social Worker accepts, screens, and actionsreferrals in relation to children and youth who require supportive services,completes comprehensive client assessments and using an interdisciplinaryapproach, assists the client through service planning based on individual needsand available resources. Work
