Charlies Charters is seeking a Service Manager to oversee the maintenance, repair, safety, and operational readiness of the company's motorcoach fleet. This role manages technicians, vendors, maintenance schedules, and compliance programs to ensure vehicles are safe, reliable, and available to meet customer service commitments. The Service Manager works closely with operations, dispatch, and drivers to minimize downtime while maintaining the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and fleet performance. Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain maintenance schedules based on mileage, engine hours, manufacturer recommendations, and regulatory requirements for our fleet of motorcoaches, shuttle vans, and company vehicles.- Monitor fleet condition and make recommendations regarding vehicle replacement, refurbishment, and capital expenditures.- Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.- Negotiate with parts suppliers, repair vendo
