Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Tasks: Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems. Maintain general ledgers and financial statements. Post journal entries. Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports. Prepare trial balance of books. Reconcile accounts. Record and balance daily transactions. Prepare and issue tickets and receipts. Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and administer contracts and other documents. Assist in preparing financial reports Computer and technology knowledge: MS Access. MS Excel. MS Outlook. MS PowerPoint. MS Windows. MS Word Equipment and machinery experience: Scanner Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work independently. Attention to detail. Fast-paced environment.
