Food preparation/professional cooking/kitchen assistant Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year Work setting: Bake shop. Large volume bakery. Factory or plant. Food processing plant Tasks: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders. Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food. Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff. Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards. Operate machinery.
