Job Responsibilities: As an Optician, you will be responsible for the overall operation of Pearle Vision including, but not limited to:. · Being responsible to fulfill sales quotas set by the Business Manager for your location;. · Ordering, displaying, and pricing inventory;. · Keeping your location in an utmost presentable condition at all times;. · Keeping the lab operations smooth and in-check at all times;. · Providing recommendations to increase sales;. · Providing recommendations on how the advertising budgets are spent;. · Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving customer disputes in professional and calm manner; Additionally: · Scheduling appointments for the Optometrists. · Pretesting patients and provide doctor support. · Fitting, Adjusting and dispensing eye glasses, and contact lenses under the optometrist's supervision. · Accurately interpreting optical prescriptions written by optometrists or ophthalmologists;. · Giving advice to patients on lens type, frames and styl
